Music selection
The directors and musical choreographers (Sandra Warr & Marion Baxter) got their heads together last Thursday to choose the musical score for the show. A few glasses of wine and lots of sing-songs at the dining room table resulted in a final set list containing an eclectic mix of classic and contemporary tunes which will be great fun to sing and dance to. We love YouTube - you can find anything on there!
Tea Party for Parkinsons
Our very own Christine Orange has organised a fundraising Tea Party on the 28th of July in aid of Parkinsons' sufferers. The event takes place at Horton and Chalbury Village Hall between 2.30pm and 4.30pm. Patrons will be entertained by Hannah playing her saxophone and flute as they enter the building. This will be followed by the Michele Nova singers, with piano accompaniment, who will be singing a selection from Gershwin and Cole Porter. There are homemade sandwiches and cakes - and a raffle of course! The venue has easy access. Please see the following flyer. You can also donate online HERE.
