Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Society's AGM will be held at The Hub on Tuesday 12th February @ 19.30. Anyone is welcome to attend but only adult members of the Society can vote.
The Great Clear-up
It's all hands-on-deck for the the mammoth clear-up operation. It's very sad seeing the set being taken down and the dressing-rooms cleared out.

Another corker of a day. Two shows, two great crowds with the final audience being the loudest of the lot - we loved it!! Thanks to everyone who came to watch the show. We hope you had as much fun as we all did. Definitely going down in the annals of one of the best. So thank you, thank you, thank you for parting with your hard-earned cash to come and see us. Roll on the next show and we hope to see you here again next year!
Amazing audience
Tonight's audience were absolutely fantastic! The cast were buzzing after the show - it makes such a difference with terrific audience participation. We're all hoping for a repeat performance in tomorrow's matinée and then the *gulp* final show. The final show already! Waaaa...
Awesome show tonight!
Wow - what a great crowd tonight! Lots of cheering, jearing, clapping, shouting, booing, laughing and of course "Oh no there isnt', oh yes there is!" and "He's behind you!". Brilliant! 4 shows to go now and not many tickets left so be sure to call the box-office and grab yours now if you haven't already done so. :-)
The show continues...
Phew! Most of the snow is gone now so travelling isn't quite so dicey. Shows resume tonight at 19.30. There are still a few tickets for today, tomorrow and Friday so if you haven't got yours yet go to our Book Tickets page and grab yours now. It's a corker of a show!
Opening day
Wow - what an opening day! Despite the odd technical glitch here and there, it all went smoothly and it was great to see so many of the audience braving the dreadful, snowy conditions - so a big thank you to you all! We can't wait to get back to it next Wednesday! See you then.
It's show time!
Yes, the time has arrived! Show time! Today sees the first public performance of Jack and the Beanstalk by Alan P Frayn. Last night all the cast and crew braved the snow and ice and made it for the last full dress rehearsal. It was great fun and *nearly* went without a hitch! We're all raring to go now. Roll on 2pm! See you there.

Tickets for both Saturday matinee and last Saturday evening are sold out. Tickets are still available for first Saturday evening and Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Don't miss out!
Dress rehearsals
With only two days to go the whole cast & crew is rehearsing every evening this week. Tonight sees the first dress rehearsal, repeated tomorrow, in readiness for the first matinee on Saturday. You can certainly feel the air of excitement as show time looms! The stage and props looks amazing and wait until you see the UV scene - awesome. :-)
Setup weekend
It's been all systems go over the weekend with all hands on deck helping with stage setup, set design and installing all the lighting and sound equipment. Some brave souls were starting at 7am and not finishing until around 6pm! Pretty much finished now and tomorrow we'll be going through a technical rehearshal for all the back-stage-crew.
Ramping up the rehearsals now
Rehearsals resume this evening and everyone is raring to go. Only one more week of twice-a-week rehearsals before we go all out with daily ones, including the first dress rehearsals and press photos. Not long to go now - it's come around so fast!
Tickets selling fast
With a little over two weeks to go, tickets are selling fast. So get yours as soon as possible so as to avoid disappointment. The show is going to be fantastic. We're all having a hoot in rehearsals and can't wait to get out there to entertain the masses!
