Charity collection 2013
Our charity collection came to nearly £800 and the representatives from Active Games for All (AGFA) were delighted with the cheque presented to them by some of our junior chorus during the Talented Youth Concert. Well done everyone! Verwood should see its multi-use games area (MUGA) up and running soon enough - woohoo!
Verwood Talented Youth Concert
Yesterday saw the 8th Verwood Talented Youth Concert, which starred many of the the Society's younger performers. It was an amazing day and they all did us proud!
DVD night
On the 19th of Feb The Hub hosted our annual DVD night where the recorded show (courtesy of Carlton Video Productions) is projected onto a huge screen in the theatre for all the cast and crew to see. This is the first time everyone working backstage as well as the cast get to see the show as the audience did and it's a great evening's entertainment. At the end of it nearly everyone was buzzing about what next year's show could be!
