"I joined the society in the 1990's to work backstage. I've been involved with amateur productions since childhood as it was my parents' hobby so they get the blame! A stage hand is what I wanted to do and did do for a few years then fell into the stage manager role for the last couple of productions at the memorial hall, and all since moving to The Hub."
