Mark Hayward: "This is the first time ever involved in a pantomime. I heard great things about Verwood Panto Society and wanted to be involved. Makeup would be cool!"

Alison Kurner: "This is my 9th year with the Society having played principal roles such as the Fortune Teller, Crystal, to Bodget the "smart" half of the comedy builders to helping backstage. This year I am giving the gin a rest (for those who saw me as Letitia, the slightly tipsy good witch last year) and singing in the Chorus.

Steve Allen: "I moved to Verwood in 2003 and joined the Society the same year. Over the years I have played many different roles including the Genie in Alladin, The Dame in Robinson Crusoe and the King in Sleeping Beauty. Considering that I'm not very good at singing, dancing or acting, I have achieved a lot and fun doing it."

Lisa Williamson: "Only just joined the Society having studied performing arts in the past. I have a great passion for all acting, singing and dancing and love the atmosphere of performing together on stage."

Naomi Larry: "It's my first year in the Panto and very excited to be involved. I enjoy being on stage after dancing from a young age and being involved in two dance competitions with Q.E. Upper school. I am looking forward to this year's show."

Lynn Webb: "I have been with the Panto Society for 5 years and have had various roles either in the chorus or a principal. I have been Mrs Darling in Peter Pan and even a belly dancer called Delight in Ali Baba. Last year I waved my sparkly wand as Glenda the good witch of the North, and this year I shall be twinkling in the chorus. I really enjoy being part of the Panto Society and am looking forward to taking part in the show. Roll on January."

Lucy Haynes: "This is my 5th year with the Society.I have enjoyed a mix of being in the chorus and taking principal roles over the last 5 years and have always had great fun being part of the shows."
